Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order ID) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed or used energy equipment
• Customized or special-order products
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
